When we arrive for your estimate, we’ll take the time to properly assess the areas you’d like painted and identify anything that could affect the finished result.

For interior projects, we’ll look at the condition of your walls, ceilings, trim, and other painted surfaces, along with any repairs or additional preparation that may be needed.

For exterior projects, we’ll assess the condition of the existing coatings and surfaces, looking for peeling, cracking, weathering, and areas that may require additional attention before painting begins.

We’ll also talk through what you want to accomplish, your expectations for the project, and any questions you have along the way. From there, we can recommend the right approach and provide a clear explanation of the scope, process, timeline, and pricing.

The goal is simple: you should know exactly what you’re getting before you decide to move forward.

What to Expect: After You Book Your Project

Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll confirm your project details and secure your place in our schedule.

Before work begins, we’ll make sure you know what to expect and how to prepare your home. For an interior project, that might mean moving smaller belongings or making certain areas accessible. For exterior work, we’ll communicate anything we need from you before our crew arrives.

You’ll know when we’re coming, what we’ll be working on, and how the project is expected to progress.

What to Expect: During the Job

This is your home, and we treat it that way.

For interior painting, floors, furniture, fixtures, and surrounding surfaces are carefully protected before work begins. Repairs and preparation are completed as needed, and the space is kept clean and organized as the project moves forward.

For exterior painting, we focus heavily on the condition of the surface before applying new coatings. Cleaning, scraping, sanding, repairs, caulking, and priming are completed where necessary to create the right foundation for the new finish.

We don't believe the fastest way through a project is always the best one. Preparation matters, details matter, and the work underneath the paint matters just as much as the final coat.

That’s how you get a finished result that doesn’t just look good on day one, but is done properly from the start.

What to Expect: After the Job Is Complete

Before we consider the project finished, we’ll walk through the completed work with you.

We’ll review the painted areas, take care of any final details that need our attention, and answer any questions you have about the finished surfaces or ongoing care.

Our work areas are cleaned up, materials and equipment are removed, and your home is left ready for you to enjoy.

Because for us, finishing the last coat of paint isn’t the same thing as finishing the job.

The job is finished when the details are taken care of, the space is left right, and you’re happy with the work we’ve done.
