Yes. We’ll visit your home, assess the areas you’d like painted, discuss what you’re looking for, and provide a clear estimate based on the scope of the project and preparation required.

Every project is different, so preparation depends on the condition of the surfaces we’re working with. This may include cleaning, filling holes and cracks, sanding, scraping, caulking, and priming where needed. We take preparation seriously because the quality of what goes underneath the paint directly affects the finished result.

We’ll let you know exactly what we need from you before your project begins. For interior painting, we may ask that smaller belongings and personal items be moved out of the work area. We’ll handle protecting the floors, furniture, fixtures, and surrounding surfaces while we work.

It depends on the size of the project, the amount of preparation required, and, for exterior projects, the weather. We’ll give you a realistic timeline before work begins and keep you informed throughout the project. We’d rather set the right expectations from the beginning than make promises we can’t keep.

We’ll complete a final walkthrough with you to review the work and take care of any remaining details. Our equipment and materials are removed, the work areas are cleaned up, and we make sure you’re happy with the finished result before we consider the project complete.
